I have requested a L.G. Cooler in Snapdeal and requested for a particular model(Scarlet Paradise). The cooler got conveyed on time however they have sent an ice chest with various shading(Graphite Paradise). The model number will change with shading and this was not in any case saw by snapdeal despite the fact that it was pressed by them. I have asked for substitution demand yet they dont have stock for other Color and henceforth they let me know that they will discount the sum on the off chance that they dont have stock.
I dont know why they do like this without requesting that client change the model and convey. I could have effectively maintained a strategic distance from had I been educated before.
