Poor Customer Service

I have requested a L.G. Cooler in Snapdeal and requested for a particular model(Scarlet Paradise). The cooler got conveyed on time however they have sent an ice chest with various shading(Graphite Paradise). The model number will change with shading and this was not in any case saw by snapdeal despite the fact that it was pressed by them. I have asked for substitution demand yet they don’t have stock for other Color and henceforth they let me know that they will discount the sum on the off chance that they don’t have stock.


I don’t know why they do like this without requesting that client change the model and convey. I could have effectively maintained a strategic distance from had I been educated before. Presently since they have conveyed and it will take another 12 to 18 days for them to pickup and request/discount it back. I exited it as it seems to be. Likewise to specify once I raised the substitution demand, snapdeal scarcely gets in touch with you or overhaul you and I need to call them following 4 working days to know the status. Such a most exceedingly terrible administration by snapdeal.


Snapdeal believes that they can underestimate their client and conveyance any model which client will acknowledge. Have posted survey in snapdeal also yet it was not posted as it is engaged more on merchant benefit and not on the real item. Subsequently I am posting this survey here. If it’s not too much trouble be watchful when you arrange in snapdeal unless you are not agonized over the poor client administration.
