From Thursday i.e. 22 November 2011 they have a offer i.e. 50%off discount on Beauty and Hygiene Products is going on.On 22nd Nov this offer was on the Happy Hours Sale Page as shown in the image but the coupon didn’t worked.Afterwards they sent me mail i.e. the daily newsletter about the offers that also included the same offer.On their site this offer is continuously flashing on.Yesterday also they posted the same offer on their facebook page.
But the coupon is always showing valid promo code and doesn’t gives any sort of discount.
I called them once a day from 22 Nov onwards to ask about the offer but they give me same reasons that Sir the coupon will work in next 48 hrs we are working on it and it will be rectified asap but it went all in vain.
So, I want to ask SnapDeal when are u going to rectify it or r u going to waste the customer’s valuable time again n again by posting false offers and giving faulty replies on ur Customer Service.Do you have such dumb employees that cannot rectify this thing in even 6 days??
