Not arranging for return of product worth 28990

I have purchased a Micromax 50 inch tv from snapdeal and a damaged product was delivered. So I have raised a return request on March 15th.


Till now they didnt come for the pickup and I am calling them daily. They will say it be picked up today or tomorrow everytime I call.


This is worst Snapdeal.And they have asked me to send the product to them and they will refund the courier amount through freecharge. What the hell I do with freecharge cash. So I have asked them to send a mail saying that courier amount will be refunded to bank account. They are not willing to send that mail and they are bluffing. Guys never buy a product from snapdeal.
