Blaming Customers

It is really frustrating to know that our return refund request(Ticket Id 31718831) is been declined, inspite of calling customer care nearly 10 times and explaining about the issue and every time we are told that the request is closed and we had to re-open it again. How can the quality team close the request without even speaking with us regarding the issue, blindly stating that the reason selected by us is wrong and the same product has been forcefully delivered to us for the second time. Even this time the invoice says the product is AR1410 Emporio Armani but we have received AR1400 Emporio Armani watch.


We had also written in comments clearly that we have received wrong product(ordered for AR1410 Emporio Armani watch but received AR1400 Emporio Armani watch). If comments are not being read then why there is an option for the user to enter comments.


We have not received any call from the quality verification team as well even after promising us a call back within 48 hours. Absolutely no customer service, will never order from Snapdeal again.


Just because we have selected a wrong reason, despite mentioning clearly that we received a wrong product in comments section, they cannot forcefully let us take WHAT WE HAVE NOT ORDERED.
