Have been shopping with Snapdeal for standard products.
First time purchased a 40" TV thru Snapdeal with clear online information of free installation and demo by Phillips.
Tv was delivered without any stamped seller invoice or warranty card.
Snap deal customer service stated they don’t provide invoices.How does one claim 1 year warranty without a stamped invoice?
Secondly Phillips refused to install FOC.Now Snapdeal customer service states it is chargable.
This is in contradiction to their listed terms and the struggle for invoice is a complete nightmare.
Never again purchase electronics thru Snapdeal.
