I am just pasting the mail which I have written to Grievence officer of snapdeal.
If there is issue with two orders in ten orders I can accept, But in almost all the orders I have placed in snap deal I have faced issue, Everytime I place an order and I have some issue I call up snap deal customers(which of course is not toll free already lost hundreds speaking to your care)., I write mails to them, I write them in FB twitter, they give me response and resolution after two to three days. Sometimes it takes even weeks. Why do you have a so called quality team dont they verify the item before seller dispatches, Dont you verify the seller before linking in your website, List of issues which I have faced in last three months
Order ID: 9505855378 - Its a trouser, it was tight although I bought a same brand with same size and different color it was of good fit. Not sure whether seller is genuine
Order id: 9488506773 - its also a trouser, Ordered grey color, Got a black one, happy with black color and fit so kept it. Still its not the right way to handle customers.
Order id: 9010689756 - IFB washing machine - Order on 12th Oct, Snapdeal cancelled the item and procured the item from different seller who was from Delhi, Stating the seller doesn’t have item in stock. After 19th it got shipped. took 9 days to get the damaged product(through GATI courier one of the worst couriers in india and this snapdal uses it to ship large appliances). Raised return request still waiting for pick-up. they again said I have to wait for 4 days after pick up to get approval and they will dispatch again I have to wait for 9 days to get it delivered from delhi, I live in Chennai why can’t they procure the item from nearest place. already I waited for 20 days and again another 20 days!.and you people advertise .experience our fast delivery.shame on you people.
Order id: 8329155865 - Hp desktop with windows 8, Received product without OS, returned it, Replacement was shipped, I waited for 2 weeks, After two weeks I got an update that it was lost in transit, But it was not informed prior. What do u think about customers.
Ordere 9754254339, bought Snapdeal e-vouchers, AS per listing it should be delivered instantly within 3 hours, but I got a mail that it will delivered after 7th nov, You people have gone mad, To deliver a e-voucher to mail id you take 5 days, you have your own terms and conditions, that e-vouchers orders cant be cancelled. now my money is stuck with them, they are not cancelling and not keeping up the promise, I bought this voucher to purchase items on diwali sale, Now they are delaying it. If they are delivering me after 5 days its of no use. I wil miss all deals.
