Absolutely disappointing and disgusting experience. Despite repeated reminders to treat the order as high priority delivery from the moment I placed an order, I am still waiting for delivery. People sitting at customer service centre are even more disgusting, none of them have any answers. You call them and tell them to make you speak to supervisor, they will keep on hold for 20 mins and finally one will get tired and disconnect the call. Every time I called Snapdeal, they say "issue has been escalated to the higher authorities and they are looking into it, you will receive a call back" and no body cares to call you back. There can’t be anything ridiculous then this.
On one hand there are Bansals(Flipkart) who are leaving no stone unturned to live up to expectations, in fact I have read they themselves went out for some one off delivery and on the other hand there are these shameless snapped guys who make customer run after them.
Guys there are far far better e-tailers in India now, better go with them, DON’T EVER BUY FROM SNAPDEAL
