Today morning I had a word with SNAPDEAL representative & his supervisor(Sandeep) also. That was really an unexpected reply, I placed an order 1197174669 of mobile as on date 19/08/2013 & after so many times of communication, today I got a negative response & their call center supervisor suggested me that place a new order. There is no customer response process, there is no update regarding order delay reason. Its really such a bad service.
I was shocked to hear that we are tracking your order from 26/08/2013. I think its kind of joke. If you guys are not able to track an order then I think u dont have the right to continue this kind of business.
I suggest to all concern that please dont make any purchase from Snapdeal, Its just fraud. These guys are not able to deliver your order, they are making people fools.
