I had ordered few t shirts(order no:3923822939)from their website and the order was cancelled without even informing me.
They told me that they couldn’t deliver in specified time. I told them to take time and let me know if any other issues. Then they come up with stock issues but I could see those T-Shirts still listed on their website.
I told them the same but they didn’t even think to reply. two more orders(order no:3851665743 and 3783150923) are still in pending status since long time.
Customer care is clueless about these things and they least bother to reply on mail.
From my side, its a big No to buy from them. I even told them the same but still they do not care about it.
So don’t waste your time selecting the items as they are not going to be delivered. again, you will have to do all those stuff somewhere else to order.
