Snapdeal or FakeDeal-Worst Online Shopping website

1 Nov 2014- I had ordered Inalsa Liqua Fruit Juice extractor From Snapdeal on Oct 21 2014 and it was expected to be delivered by Oct 29, 2014. I am still waiting for the product.


I am really disappointed with the services of Snapdeal. I do call the customer service and courier services(Delhivery)everyday and get response that the product will be delivered today.


I have ordered many products from Amazon and Flipkart and they were very prompt in their delivery,


This company boasts of being the Largest online shopping site. But the customer service and the courier services are the worst. Both of them feel helpless in solving customer problems.


Their TrustPay promises of refund if the product is not delivered after 10 days. Today is 12th day from my order date. Bejoy Varghese


I have also send an email to CEO and COO of Snapdeal and filed a complaint on Akosha.


2 Nov 2014- I had finally received the product on 2 Nov 2014 at 5.40 pm. The courier people told me that the work load was more and delivery people were less. The product was packed properly and I have also used it. The Inalsa Liqua Fruit Juice extractor is a good fruit juicer. I would certainly recommend the product not Snapdeal as they are poor in customer and delivery services.


Pros  : Large feeder tube  and  really fast and easy to clean


Cons  : Leaky
