I received orders(order no. 2963250038) on 6 Oct, 2014 that is totally different item what I ordered. Then I request for the return of an item. After that I got a mail that contains centralized account number, ticket id, the courier tracking number and all that. Then I called bluedart for the registration of pickup. After spending a lot of time and money, they received my call and asked for request number, then I told him I do have a ticket number, centralized account number but not request number then he told me get it from snapdeal.
When I make a call at the snapdeal customer care number and tells all story about this then snapdeal people told me sorry I dont provide requested number. What rubbish is this? I am stuck right now. What to do. Is this your hassle free return policy.
