I have ordered a Titan 1087NM01 Men’s Watch with Snapdeal on 3rd March.
While the order took place, there was one watch in stock, which was offered to me with a discount. The delivery requested was for ONE DAY delivery with additional service charges.
After non-delivery of the watch, I have tried contacting the snapdeal team. They assured a revert call in 48 hours.
after 3 days I got a call from Snapdeal that your ordered item will be sending in a commom courier service available, and the item will be delivered to you within 7 days.
today 6th April, neither my watch nor my amount credited back to my account.

I have tried contacting the SNAPDEAL team various times. they ofcourse give me false promises that’your money safe with us and will be returned’. Thought of sharing this information with you guys, before I proceed to next level.
