I had ordered Sony 40 inch LED TV and instead I received and old and duplicate TV inside SONY Box. I contacted their customer care but they don’t seem to listen to anything. I told them as soon as I received and opened the item but they don’t believe it and blame it on customer only.
Their customer support is pathetic and they don’t tell you what were their findings. They are not taking responsibility and I am out 47K rs and feeling helpless and cheated.
I request everyone not to buy from snapdeal. You chances of getting cheated increase with every order you place! sad
