My Order No. is 3657569151 and suborder No. is 4928037446.
I ordered Nilkamal Manhattan 3 seater sofa pricing rs 25900/- on 21 Nov 2014. I got the delivery on 28th Nov, but it was wrong product, I found that product did not looked like a 3 seater sofa, instead it was a very small box.
I called Snapdeal and they requested me to send photos.
I sent them photos and they started return pickup process. After so many calls on daily basis, I got the Parcel reverse pickup on 4th Dec 2014, and got another parcel with the same order number and suborder number, this time a bigger one.
I again immediately called the customer care and sent an email for cancellation of the order as instructed by customer care executive and sent them pictures of the delivered box also.
Since then, I am calling snapdeal daily and asking them for reverse pickup of the parcel, also about status of my complaint(Complaint Number- 12528312f)/ They said they have received the email and they will call me within next 4-6 hrs, and cancellation is in progress.
But, I have not received any calls nor any email from their end till now.
I am really perturbed and depressed with snapdeal, I called them everyday also and now they are saying that we are in the process.
It is not only the question of refunds but the trust. I hope now, submitting this complain here, maybe I get some reply from Snapdeal.
