I ordered a "T-GO Red T-Shirt" and they delivered me the wrong product.I complained about it and they apologized and gave me the complaint number 2124771 saying that the product will be taken back by them through Blue Dart. And Blue Dart never came for the pickup.Adding more to my surprise whenever I tried inquiring about the status (via e-mail) they kept fooling me by sending typo (tailor-made) replies.
The issue is still unresolved.Through this forum I want the other customers not to trust such an unprofessional online shopping site. Lets oppose them and make it global through social networking sites for their Unprofessionalism and Horrible Customer Service.
SnapDeal is one big Cheater.
