Second Day after the return request was filed!

Hey guys,


This is the second day of my shitty experience with Scrapdeal. I am now sure that they would not initiate my refund request. I have written an email to Mr. Kunal(CEO of Snapdeal). I have added some more people into the CC. Let me see whether this gets answered! If not, let me just think of some other way to go to the consumer court and let people know that Snapdeal doesn’t do a quality check on the products before delivering it to the customers but, they blindly send it off!
