Ordered TV, but not yet shipped or delivered

I had ordered a TV -  Toshiba with Philips sound bar from Snapdeal on 31/12/2013. Promised shipping date is 2nd Jan. But till now they didn’t ship the product.

No updates from them so far even after couple of weeks.
