1. I have enjoyed my experience working with snapdeal. It is extremely dynamic, volatile in a good way and the best organization for those who enjoy risk-taking, are passionate about the work they do and focus on the issue at hand rather than the noise.

   
   




2. The founders and the leadership teams are highly dedicated, very supportive and open to new ideas.

   
   

Cons

1. Nothing that I can think. Snapdeal has been around for just about 4-5 years. It will be unfair to be critical of such a young organization regardless of what is spoken of outside. The workplace is evolving for the better and as part of any change and evolution, it is absolutely normal to experience and thrive in such change.

Advice to Management

None at all. Keep up the good work on striving towards profitability. I am sure we’ll get there faster.together.
