No Returns for phones / Electronic items.

History:


I ordered a phone from Crapdeal - Swipe Sonic CDMA received it on 26 Jan 2016.


Worked fine till night, but on morning of 27 Jan it was fully drained. Charged it for an hour, but the phone is stuck in reboot cycle.


Filed a complaint to return the phone, the representative is asking me to call Swipe/Sonic customer care, then go to the Repair center and get it in writing that the phone is defective.


So basically a SARKARI affair.


If I had all this time in the world, I wont be shopping online in the first place.


Better read the "Easy Return policy" fine print.


The returns are not "Easy" at all.


Hate you snapdeal. I am coining a new term for you - CrapDeal, lets see if it catches on.

Update: Got a call from call center from "Senior" guy. Tells me that a service engineer would be visiting the site to "diagnose" the problem.


The problem here is that I am not able to return, you a$hole. I dont give a damm about the bloody 3.7k I spent, keep them and f00k off.


A device which is giving problems so early would continue to give problems. I have lost faith on the device and hence I want to return it. Doesnt matter what the resolution is.


But your call center intelligence wont be able to comprehend this.


Shitty experience. Never had a problem with Amazon.


Crapdeal seem apt name for your portal.


People calling me again and again.repeating the same thing like a parrot.


I have decided to dump the phone and not get harassed.
