Hi Friends, I used to shop on snap deal very often but from some months I feel their service gone done, No reply to mails even their app is not working now a days.
The worst aspects of their website is when I am tracking my order it shows it is in transit since 4 days it reflects same thing even though I have the POD details with me which is VULCAN courier AWB: P101132409 it is on my name status is nothing when I tried to reach the courier people they even don’t even answer.
I fed up using their service and I thing I should give up if I don’t expect a reply from them, At the time of deduction of amount they will do it instantly but when it comes to delivery they become one of the worst service provider.
I will not recommend their service to any one in future and even I will stop buying from them.
