1. 2012-04-12 21:24:52 placed order for Samsung C3222 Pure White, my amount got deducted with confirmation email n sms(507585047)
2012-04-12 21:24:53 got mail/sms that your purchase at Snapdeal.com wasnt completed (507595053)
since I got cancellation mail, I requested my refund from snapdeal- effort- exchanged 18 mails with snapdeal support help@snapdeal.com. but the company forced was trying to force the product on me.
interacted more than 10 times with snapdeal customer care : 011 45371100 / +91 92126 92126 requested refund since after getting cancellation mail I bought the product somewhere else
even after all this issue customer care forced shipment of product and asked me to reject courier and they promised refund on reciept of courier.
product is forcefully shipped on 21st april wide order number 507585047 even after all this communication which I didnt accept delivery on 24th april
its 8th may still no refund, no mails. only customer care calls. all unknown people. no customer interaction history or complaint number or ticket numbers are maintained to track interaction
today after sincere follow-up by MouthShut_Official, after logging in my snapdeal account, its shocking to see that snapdeal has deleted the above orders history from my account. may be the company thinks, out of sight out of mind. deleted customer order history in case rather then resolving issues is the worst thing expected of any company.
