I ordered an HP laptop from Snapdeal and received a damaged product. On contacting customer care several times, I was asked to go to the nearest customer service center of HP to get it repaired. A repair on the fresh product? If I could have gone to the HP center I could have even purchased from them. Even after 1 week or regular calling and emailing the customer service, there is no amenable solution.
Please be careful when you order from SNAP DEAL.
