I booked a Seagate External Hard Drive on 30th September and paid Rs 99 extra for next day delivery since I have a flight out of the country on 1st October 2014.
When I track my shipment it shows that its still not been shipped. I have been on the phone with Snapdeal customer care since morning and all they have to say is that they dont know why the product has not been shipped and will update me within 24 hours.
That doesnt help me since I needed this product before I travel tonight. I am sorry to say that as an online shopping portal you cant assure delivery, charge extra for it and then NOT deliver it.
I am very upset and shall be filing a consumer forum case against Snapdeal at the earliest.
