I had booked for a Kent RO Super+ water purifier from Snapdeal in July 2014. The product was very much delivered on time July 8. When I check with Kent marketing team, they informed that the water purifier will not have the required warranty and I was redirected to Kent’s website. The website clearly mentioned that products bought from Snapdeal, Amazon will not carry warranty.
After analyzing the situation, I immediately called up the snapdeal customer care to cancel the order and as an alternative I sent across an order cancellation email. After this I received a call from their customer care to convince me, to which I declined. Post this discussion I repeatedly sent emails to customer care, which yielded no result. The product is still lying in a packed state at one corner of my house. I spend 13000/- on that product which is of no use now.
After posting on twitter, I learnt that Snapdeal has the worst customer care and poor product line. Never buy any product from Snapdeal. This is a clear case of cheating. Now I need a solution to get back my money. Please help me if anyone has experience dealing with consumer court. Any help in this matter will be very much appreciated.
