Snap Deal is a fraud Company. They are just making fool to customer. Customer support team is also totally fool. Nobody has any solution. these guys just give excuse if want any help from these guys. I faced back to back three fraud from Sd. First I purchased a mobile and charger was not working for this mobile then I called customer support they had no solution for it finally they given me 500 sd cash and advised to purchase a charger from market.
I purchased original charger in INR 680. I was my loss just because of these fraud guys. then I ordered a mobile cover with using sd cash. they delivered me very low quality product. I given that back and they processed refund. then I again tried to order one more cover. I selected a cover. I was shocked when I check the price because if select light green color for product, the price was showing approx 400 and if I select pink or red color for the same product, price was showing 798.
Finally I ordered Pink color and paid 798. but story is not over. when I got that product I was shocked because they guys did not deliver the same color. they delivered me Light green color which price was showing 400. then I called to customer support. They had no solution this time also. they told me to replace it and told me that it will take one more week to replace. then they transferred call to supervisor. he started the same story and told me that they can’t do anything in this matter. And they are not responsible because order delivered by seller. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS. then he told me that they can not replace this product because its already sold out. I requested him to contact seller for the same but he told me that they have already checked with seller. Then he had no solution and cancelled my order.
I will not suggest any body to buy anything from Snap Deal. because they just make fool to customer. change your tag line from PAO PYAAR KI DEAL TO PAO BEKAR KI DEAL.
