Myself Prasath Babu from Chennai and a regular customer of Snapdeal! I am writing this email to you to bring a matter of failure(poor services)in your knowledge as I am really very disappointed with the services I got this time.


Actually I have ordered one sony xperia c3 mobile(white) under order reference no. 3515452961, Order Plan: 2014-11-14.


To update you, I had called customer service many times for last three days and they took the complaint and often they are responding "my resolution team will get back to you but till now I didnt received any call back from supervisors or neither resolution team.till now", I called customer service team again yesterday one of customer representative had given me the confirmation stating that you will receive product by 19th November for sure.I had clearly replied to him stating"the product didn’t reached Chennai itself how can I get the product" he replied "you will receive the product for sure". I don’t know why your customer service representative are giving false commitment to consumers.


Again I called your customer service help desk today to check the current status"Representative and Supervisor had took the complaint forward and escalated to the logistics team to check the status of my product". They had confirmed that the product been escalated already but as per the TAT time it is 48 hours now almost for 72 hours I didn’t received any response from Snap deal team.Can you please check whether I will get the product and courier company had stated they them self unable to trace my product.But, always you guys responding stating"ASAP product will reach your destination.I don’t know how much time TAT is for ASAP.


I ordered these item to gift my dad’s birthday on 18th November 2014 but till now I didn’t receive any product and also didn’t received even a single response from snap deal team.Can you please look into this matter as it is nothing but just a heart breaking incident for me which is forcing me not to buy anything from Snapdeal again in future!


I want the product by today or I will raise a consumer complaint against snapdeal which caused me a bad days and too much of pressure for last three days. I wasted lot of time in last three days.i dont want any refund from you guys and I cant followup with you guys no more but I need the product by today.
