REFUND ISSUES WITH a Product Purchased on Snapdeal

I had recently ordered Coirfit Qeen size Matress from Snapdeal over internet online. Upon receiving. I did not like it. Or I would say it was not upto my expectation. Hence I did click on return option, so that the product can be returned. However it was not. No one called me or approached frm spnapdeal, infact, I only started calling them, I got call from Snapdeal backend support Team after some  days saying product can’ be returned, if not damaged.


I was really surprised to hear them like that, since when return policy is there for what-so-ever reasons. they must consider it. They were very rude on phone and unfriendly. Product is seal packed. not even opened yet. and they not ready to refund.


Very pathetic and bad customer support by Snapdeal. Cheating people by saying refund/cancel option, however its rather opposite. They make your life miserable to even ask for refund.


2 Seprate calls I recevied from Snapdeal backend Team. one in the morning. saying that Refund will process. and later same day evening. saying REFUND not possible!


I wonder why do you give REFUND/CANCEL option with 7 days time. and then Snapdeal Customer Care(backend Team) says. sir!, its there but no problem, we open for Feedback. but product can’t be refund. very very Strange  isn’t it!


I wish Mr, Kunal Bhal, ever looks and takes concern of customers seriously. Everywhere its negative Feedback about SNAPDEAL.


Hope someone does look into at Snapdeal. Thanks!
