First I am going to tell you guys that its customer service is very appreciable. Although I received a defective product but the process of return was very quick and the refund was instant. This website have a good thing that I like most is if you pay online you will have quick delivery, and also tracking facilty, easy refund, so in case of customer servrice this website and app are quite good.
Now come to product quality, there is the main problem, they do not provide original product. Most of the times the products either seal is broken or refurbished. I have ordered a phillips trimmer and I paid online so the processing and delivery was fast but when I opened the product that was a used product. That’s my real experience.
