I ordered puma shoes at snapdeal order number 1724023655. After first 3 days, they said it will take 5 more days to ship.Aafter waiting for 6 more days, they sent a message and mail saying sorry for the inconvenience we could not ship your product on time. So, cancelling.
They wasted my money and my 10 days . I could have ordered in other sites and got within 2 days. Snapdeal is the worst. Their CC support is also giving lame reasons, saying the item is not available.If the item is not there why did they show that in the website.
They are cheaters. They don’t have concerns about customers.
