Crappy support service/Highly mismanaged

This one is especially for the owner/manager of website.


After many calls and review on snapdeal it was agreed that my order(Order Id- 222660642)  would be cancelled and my money would be refunded. And the order sent to me would be reversed picked up. But guess what though my money is refunded but the order has not been reversed picked up. I had mentioned the person to pick it up on(5th Dec or 6th Dec) from my office since after that I was on leave.No one came.However I left the parcel with a colleague expecting the person to come but no one came. Snapdeal I still have the parcel fully packed with me .I have not even opened the parcel.


I’m not sure how do you guys run your company but you guys need some serious management training. I’m not calling the customer care as I have vowed never ever again to call it again.


Wake up guys and collect your parcel if you wish too.

@simsap- First of all we are terribly sorry for all the trouble you had to go through. Can you please share your order id with us at reachout@snapdeal.com. Our order Id comprises of 9 digits and the one you have posted here is incomplete (only 8 digits).
