I have made use of the Snapdeal for more than 1 deal. In fact, I think I must have spent at least a couple of thousands. It’s so addictive. Though I was a little reluctant in the beginning but all my inhibitions went away after my first deal itself. The service is good, delivery is quick, the products are good quality, website is easy to use and access but the best thing is the customer care.
And this I realized when one I faced a problem in one of the deals without getting in to the nitty grittys of why the problem happened. I would rather share how it was dealt with. The customer care executives were patient, helpful, resourceful. I got call backs from them with details many times (which is unheard anywhere) and then the matter was escalated by them and I even spoke to a senior person and he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to sort the problem. And I not only got my Money refunded and duly adjusted but also received written message showing their concern for the same.
I am simply too happy with their service. This is so unlike any of their contemporaries who don’t even transfer the calls to their seniors nor are they ready to take the matter to next level.
