Its been more than two weeks since I got a broken product which was delivered late. I have been calling them everyday since then but get no proper response from them. Each time I call call center executive they assure me that the product will be arranged for reverse pick up by the next day but to no avail. Other than the call center executive there is no proper authority whom you can get in touch with .
I have recorded each my call since the last week. Im going to file a legal complaint on counts which include personal inconvenience and loss of money due to all the hassles undertaken by me in trying to get in communicating with them. Not only have they given me a damaged product, they have been irresponsible in the after delivery services and havent Sanctioned my refund either. Luckily for me, I come from a family of lawyers. I have proceeded with filing a complaint against Snapdeal for faulty terms of trade and pecuniary losses. If there is anybody interested in filing amount complaint, drop in a word to me.
