Ordered a FastTrack sunglass and had to take an urgent leave after ordering. They delivered it at my office address. Once, I came back, after opening the pack I was surprised to see that they delivered a very cheap quality sunglass wrong product.
When, I contacted the customer care representatives (several times) over the phone and e-mail (by attaching the picture of the product they delivered), they said that their return policy is that we have to return it within 7 days time. I explained to them the situation that I was out of station so could not open the pack and the fault initiated from their side only (by delivering wrong product), but they did not take the product back.
I used to buy a lot from Snapdeal and started believing them but alas! No More! I will NEVER purchase from them again. They turned out to be a cheater like Firstcry. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Snapdeal. See the below e-mail communication between me and Snapdeal:

I have ordered a Fast Track sunglass (Order Number: 1079734941) on 28-06-2013. Since I was out of station from 02-07-2013 to 15-07-2013, one of my office staff has received a courier packet from Snapdeal on 05-07-2013.
After coming back, when I opened the packet on 16-07-2013, I found that Snapdeal has sent me a different FastTrack sunglass than the one I ordered. I have attached one picture of the sunglass I received from Snapdeal. I request you to please make arrangement to pick up the wrong product from my address and send me the correct one.
