Snapdeal is a C grade site having C grade people in Customer care, C grade people in courier service and everything is just hell here.
I ordered one house hold item worth rupees 3900 and the payment was made by credit card and those thieves also took cash from my premises in my absence by showing some incomplete/confusing/incorrect invoice. I’ve called customer care(might be some stupid call centre) more than 5 times and they always tells the same sentence."will get back to you in 24 - 48 hours" and those 48 never completed from last 20 days.
The management of snapdeal might be very poor and they just don’t know everybody is doing fraud in the company from top to bottom or they are doing under their instructions.
This company should be shut down immediately. the are evils of the indian market and making the online shopping experience worse. Govt should take action against them.
