I had ordered two Raybans from Snapdeal on 28th Sept 2014 and I got the delivery of the same on 5th Oct 2014. On 19th Oct 2014 I noticed that the paint is peeling off from on both the Raybans as well as on the button of the pouch.
If the Raybans are original the paint will never peel off even after a year of usage. I wrote a mail and made several calls to Snapdeal that the paint is peeling off on both the sunglasses along with pictures. I got a revert back saying that I need to go to Rayban service centre and get a jobsheet to prove that the Rayban shipped are duplicate.
I revert back saying that there is no service centre in Goa and that they need to do a reverse pickup of both the sunglasses. Now reverse pick up of the sunglasses has been initiated only for one sunglass and not for the other sunglass. How can a reputed website like Snapdeal sell a counterfiet product of a reputed brand. How many more customers will fall prey to this counterfiet products selling on snapdeal. If a vendor has shipped a conterfiet product then its the duty of Snapdeal to make good the wrong done to customers and take strict action on the vendor.
Also I had written a critical review on snapdeal about this but my review has not been accepted. They allow only positive reviews to reflect on their website. Friends its better to spend a little more and buy genuine products from Flipkart.
