I purchased 5+ 5 items per order
I kept Return request in first Order 1 item Fab4Fashion Pink Georgette Anarkali Semi Stitched Suit+ 1 item in second order Fashions World Pink Cotton Dress Material Really snapdeal has good and easy return policy which accepted in few minutes. I want to say that I did not keep all 10 items to return because 8 items is very good. Only 2 items are not good as expected.
Since last two days I am looking status out for pick-up
But courier boy did not come to pick up. Whole day I was waiting and I was at home. Today on 28-10-2016 I receive SMS We tried to pick up your cotton dress but were unsuccessful. In case we do not receive a response from you in 48 hrs we will close your return request.
Now I have question to snapdeal that if courier boy did not come is it my mistake? Is it your easy return policy?
