I had purchased Havell’s Air Fryer from Snapdeal on 05-November and wished to return it by following their "easy return policy". I gave a return request on 07-November and received their return confirmation. However, on 08-November I got a call from them & they refused to take the item back stating that since it is a standard & branded item they cannot take it back unless it is defective. All reasoning with them was of no use, including asking them the meaning of "easy return policy".
Would like to tell all consumers to be very careful if buying from SNAPDEAL as they cannot be trusted at all. So if you face "a buyers remorse" or if the item does not fit due to size issues, SNAPDEAL will NEVER take it back. All their promises on their site is merely to entice customers & they do not follow their own policies mentioned.
