I placed Two orders with Snapdeal recently.For one order they postponed the delivery date.The order was placed almost one month back.
And second product order on 14th oct and still I din’t get my product
I can’t track my shipment as the courier company site they will always throw an error.
delivery date has already crossed but Snapdeal never took any pain to inform me that my shipment will be delayed and they feel sorry for that.
first time I call them and I asked him when will my product be delivered.The guy replied "Bahot Jaldi".I again asked "When".He again replied "wo to mujhe bhi nahi pata lekin Bahot Jaldi" then I call them after 2 days but they told me we can’t say anything when will you get your product.
