Order no.2979011145. I purchased 2 biba suits from snapdeal on 6th october under buy1 get1 offer. I wanted to return one out of them but their customer care executive asked me to return both since it came under that offer. I have returned both the items but since it was in the same parcel, receipt of only one suit was given.
Although I had mentioned on the return parcel that it contains two suits. I have received refund for only one item. I complained about the same on 8th October by calling at their customer care number and was assured of a resolution at the earliest.I have been calling again and again since then.
I did talk to their supervisor also. I have written 3-4 mails also about this issue. I have not received even a single follow up call or mail about my complaint. It seems like they are not bothered at all. I regret shopping from snapdeal. In my last interaction with their customer care people, I was told that they will have to check at their warehouse manually but I have not received any update so far.
I feel like I am just wasting more money by calling them as they just do not know the meaning of customer care. I have been calling at their number repeatedly for past seven days, an automated response saying they are experiencing a high call volume is all I get.I am a frequent online shopper. SNAPDEAL.COM has the worst customer care service in the industry and I urge others not to shop from snapdeal if they value their time and money.
Its been almost a month, I am yet to hear from them even for an update on my complaint.
