I know A LOT many people would praise snapdeal.com, so do I.
BUT, snapdeal is THE BEST for local deals- restaurants, dance classes, gym, tattoo and what not.
When it comes to products they are okay okay with cheap products like shampoos et al. bcz of cheap prices.And when it comes to any product above Rs 300(or so) BEWARE, snapdeal is not the site guys. It’s not even meant for it. I have suffered twice.
The worst part is their delivery issue. They promise to deliver the product in 10 working days, but they failed again and again in my case. To add fuel to fire is their CC - naive, rude and unconcerned, So, don;t bother calling them, ain’t gonna help at all.
I have already registered a complain once, but seems snapdeal isn’t interested in customer’s satisfaction anymore and hence came no reply.
Finally waiting for order id 320188692 to get delivered for, for last 15days, I have finally asked CC guys to cancel the order and refund the money ASAP. They repeatedly told me system is down(for whole day! wow!). Lets see how it goes.
Finally A SUGGESTION TO ALL: Snapdeal is only good, rather best, in local deals. DON’T buy PRODUCTS. Either they’ll deliver in 20 odd days or so or will finally cancel the order. There are better sites for products, so don’t get lured. and YES, snapdeal rocks for local deals undoubtedly.
