How true of Snap deal to people that for them no day is different from the other. People should seriously check reviews about Snap Deal before they place an order with them. I learned my lesson the hard way.
I ordered for an LG TV32LB 563 on 21.09.2014. Received a prompt message about the delivery schedule. Scheduled to receive it on the 26.09.2014. Yet to date I haven’t received the product despite repeated calls to Customer Services of both Snap Deal and their courier partners.
My experience with Snapdeal has dampened my experience of online shopping. I guess I’ll be more cautious of which sites I deal with in the future. And SNAPDEAL will certainly not be one of them.
I hope someone can make Snapdeal and their courier partners(Gati) accountable for their negligence .
