I ordered a radiator from snapdeal and it turned out to be faulty, I raised the complaint and asked for the refund and I was assured by their customer care that the defective product will be picked and I will be refunded at the earliest. But actually it took more than two weeks before they started moving on it. Everytime I made a call they presented me lame excuses, their customer care services were bad their product turns out to be defective in my case so I decided further not to use it anymore. If any person reading this who cares for their money snd time I would urge them to stop using snapdeal immediately.
