This is to warn each and everyone to beware of snapdeal.com, which claims to be an online shopping company. Compared to other online shopping websites, Snapdeal has the worst customer service and their call centres are neither manned nor the IVR helps you to get through to anyone.
I purchased a Symphony cooler on 2May’13 and I have neither heard from Snapdeal nor the company delivering it. I have lodged 2 complaints to the customer service and also forwarded my grievance to the CEO of Snapdeal. I have not received any communication from any of them and my product is still not delivered.
I would request all net citizens to boycott Snapdeal.com and raise awareness about their bad customer service do that no more customers become victims like me.
