I am writing this note to congratulate Snapdeal as this site is getting worse day by day. Once again an order of mine 836401341 has been cancelled 15 days after the order was accepted. This is happening for the 5th or 6th time and Snapdeal is advising me - "We request you to treat this incidence as an exception as we constantly strive to provide the best of service for our valued customers". Isn’t this making a joke of overall service delivery in this competitive environment?
As a customer my only option left is to visit a departmental store and get these products after wasting 15 odd days waiting for these products from Snapdeal. This is truly a WOW! experience. What do you say?
Most importantly. do not expect a resolution even if you update the CEO of Snapdeal with the agony and problems that you have faced!
