I am a frequent online shopper. So I always tries different websites for the products I want.
It was a time when snapdeal has its own fame but now days its getting poor and they really don’t care about it.
First of all you face so much difficulty in finding your product. Example: - you searched for sandisk pendrives and they are showing you some local brand pendrives which even I didn’t hear the name.
I ordered puma sneaker and it takes 11 days to reach me which cannot be a good service. Other sites take 4 to 5 days to deliver.They sended me defective shoe. I get very dissapointed that after waiting for 11 days I got defective product.I requested a return. After 6 hr they called me and ask the reason for return. I said the product you sended me was defective. Then they ask me to email them a picture of the shoe so I did so.After 24hr they call me again and they said that this is my fault. This is not manufacturing defect. I got frustrated and cut the call at that very moment.
Snapdeal is zero in terms of reliability. If you want to get fraud then you can and also this is not the first time they sended me defective product.
Never suggest anyone to purchase from snapdeal.
