Hello everyone, today, I will be sharing my personal experience with Snapdeal! So, I am a YouTuber and make videos on my YouTube channel very frequently! In the starting days, I had a lot of trouble recording videos with the one and only mobile stand that I was having! I had a setup with two mobile boxes, and above them, I placed the mobile stamd and placed my smartphone inside the mobile stand in horizontal position! I really badly wanted to upgrade to a better service so that I could improve the video quality that I am providing to my viewers!
I basically planned to buy the cheapest tripod that I could find! I didn’t had to do much with the tripod, just a tripod with stability enough to support my phone could have done the job!
So, yeah, I kept on searching and I had a very very tight budget of just Rupees 600! Smapdeal provided the Simpex 333 at that time ofr a price of 555 Rs. which was of like 700 on every other website, so, I planned to buy it from there!
The tripod came only after like 6-7 Days! And to my surprise, when I actually opened the box, the tripod’s middle pipe, was missing, ! I searched for it in the entire box which came with it but I couldn’t find it anywhere!
Finalky, I decided to call the Snapdeam customer care service! And yes, I would appreciate snapdeal for this, the customer care executive was very polite and helped me with utmost responsibilty!
But, yes, basically, I recieved a damaged product, and that wasn’t a great experience either! So, yeah, I cannot recommend you to buy from Snapdeal!
