Worst experienced with SNAPDEAL!!!

I have ordered 01 MI4 & for some clarifications I tried reaching the customer service representative but everything is connected with IVR system. Moreover the Helpline number is Paid. I have spend my 150.00 to get in touch with any representative, But got failed.
