Order: 2131052999. Received defective ZTE G2 Blade

On 20th May, I placed an order: 2131052999 for ZTE G2 Blade mobile for Rs. 4599. On 24th May I received the product which was double the size of the mobile carton box, no safe packaging inside. When the Bluedart courier delivered it to me, I could feel the mobile carton dancing around, in the box


The mobile didn’t detect one sim card, when placing a call it goes on standby. Complained to Snapdeal on the same day, received no response till now. But on 2nd June, received a mail to write a review for my purchase. What a joke! Snapdeal is asking to write a review for a defective product!


What I think is, the lose packaging could have damaged the product in transit. Didn’t expect such carelessness from a reputed online e-commerce store. I will never buy any electronic item from Snapdeal again.
