I purchased one tablet from Snapdeal with order no 1531572456. There were some problems in the product I contacted Snapdeal. They said I have to go to service center for repair for the issues n they cannot do anything regarding defective product.
Also there was no contact no. of vendor who supplied the product. I visited the service center for repair they issued me a job sheet on 6/1/2014 regarding repair but they have not repaired it till date i.e. 28/2/2014 i.e. app 53 days. I contacted Snapdeal regarding the issue I am facing but they say they will not do anything as its not there problem I’ve to deal with it myself
Now I am planning to file a suite against Snapdeal.
