Snapdeal Worst Service in Refund

I have bring the prestige cookware but some defect in product. I had requested to replace but as per snapdeal team they do not have the product & will provide refund but instead of several reminders on phone & mail from 29th Sep 2014 to till date.


I have not received any refund yet. Please look into the issue urgently.
